Lead Operations Manager Job Description

This role requires a skilled Lead Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.

  • Directly reporting to the Club Manager on operational matters
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time
  • Managing shifts and scheduling staff effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor license requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Safeguarding staff supervision and guidance
  • Developing cross-functional strategies for promotional initiatives

Key qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of management experience with hands-on leadership approach to motivate employees to achieve hospitality excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of various club operations aspects, including Bars, Bistros, Gaming, Functions, TAB, and Keno
  • Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications or willingness to obtain them
  • Approved Managers License or willingness to complete
  • Outstanding staff management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • In-depth understanding of Liquor Act regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Night and weekend work availability due to 7-day roster commitments
  • Hands-on role covering all club operations
