Project Manager - Structural Engineering

We are seeking an experienced project manager with expertise in structural engineering to lead high-value projects and guide diverse engineering teams in major cities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape city skylines and be involved in iconic projects valued into the billions.

This is a key role within our company, and as such, we are looking for someone who can provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our engineers and BIM modellers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with experience managing complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and builders.

  • Manage complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Lead project teams including engineers and BIM modellers
  • Ensure design integrity, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and builders
  • Oversee quality control, compliance, and on-site problem resolution
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic leadership

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered status preferred) and 8+ years of structural engineering experience. You will also need to have advanced knowledge of concrete, steel, and timber design, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.
