Risk Enablement Role

This role empowers a community of risk professionals to drive strategic vision and ensure effective risk strategy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate and Enhance Platforms: Leverage AI and technology to create data-driven solutions for improvement.
  • Foster Efficiency & Innovation: Identify and deploy innovative technologies to streamline and automate processes, promoting continuous growth.
  • Monitor Performance: Design and build dashboards to track and monitor performance metrics.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Conduct research, benchmark, and analyze data to offer actionable insights.
  • Communicate Vision: Develop engaging presentations to effectively communicate the vision and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Support Risk Platform: Provide operational coordination for efficient platform functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • AI knowledge: Understand and apply AI prompts and responses, including fact-checking and research within AI tools.
  • Technology: Utilize tools like Gemini, Chat GPT, BI Dashboards, and Google suite (sheets, slides, docs, miro) to design automated solutions.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Experience in researching, analyzing, and interpreting data with thought leadership, presenting information in a clear manner.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Proficient in developing presentations and information packs, leveraging technological tools for content generation and visual communication.
  • Project Management: Strong organization, prioritization, and coordination skills to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team environment, fostering collaboration with team members.
