Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our National Security Control Centre team as a Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise operators to ensure operational standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Coordinate, escalate, and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Ensure accuracy in incident reporting, daily logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, shift handovers, and staff performance reviews.
  • Act as the primary liaison, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support rostering, training, and workforce management requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A current NSW Security Licence (minimum 1AE preferred).
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence with a good driving record.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • A White Card and additional compliance certificates (beneficial).
  • Previous patrol/security experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
