We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Manager to lead our team of store managers across the Eastern suburbs of Victoria. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff training.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to set business objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff.
- Identify and develop opportunities for business growth, including new product lines, promotions, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in retail or a related industry.
