Job Title

As a senior executive, you will play a crucial role in the effective leadership and management of our organization.

You will contribute to the continued transformation of our agency and provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders.

We are looking for flexible and versatile leaders with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong customer focus and the ability to engender respect and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in strategy, program management, service design, corporate and service delivery
  • Provide high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Minister on key business decisions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies and policies
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as business, public administration or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a government or regulatory agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
