Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and drive business performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue optimization and business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the employee experience to maintain high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors through proactive engagement and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance internal relationships and drive results.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • At least 7 years of senior leadership experience, ideally within B2B professional services or consultancy, training and education.
  • Full P&L accountability with a proven record of driving revenue and profitability.
  • Experience managing multiple business units or functions and adapting across different business models.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and cross-functional execution to align diverse teams with company goals.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively building relationships across departments, vendors, and client organizations.
