Job Summary:

As a strategic risk management expert, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to identify, assess and mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, you will drive the development of Power BI automation solutions and ensure seamless communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies across the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from Power BI and automation tools to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, commercial managers and external partners to foster strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Support governance reporting, audits and compliance activities in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-4 years experience in risk management, internal audit or risk analysis.
  • Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 31000) and ERM systems.
  • Advanced Power BI and data automation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • (Bonus) Experience with insurance programs, SAP, Alteryx or Mandarin language skills.
