
Vehicle Systems Specialist

The Vehicle Monitoring Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance and enforcement actions are taken in accordance with NHVR guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify enrolment form details and collaborate with operators
- Analyse incidents detected through heavy vehicle monitoring systems and prepare evidence briefs to support prosecution of contraventions under the Heavy Vehicle National Law
- Communicate with operators, drivers, and other regulatory bodies regarding potential offences identified through heavy vehicle monitoring systems
- Investigate and take enforcement action on offences detected through heavy vehicle monitoring systems
About You:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to conduct in-depth analysis
- Demonstrated capacity to show initiative, tact, and confidentiality when working independently and as part of a team across multiple systems
- Able to provide clear and effective written and verbal communication to ensure customers understand issues and requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service when handling sensitive matters
