Observability Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Observability team, driving the development of scalable and reliable solutions for critical systems and applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for Observability across various platforms, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of observability platforms and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of engineers within Platform Engineering.
  • Defining and executing the Observability strategy and roadmap, covering logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
  • Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Observability platforms and tools.
  • Driving the adoption of Observability best practices and educating development teams on their effective use.
  • Collaborating with other engineering managers and product teams to integrate Observability into the software development lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing complex technical projects. A strong understanding of Observability concepts and technologies is also essential.
