We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Reviewer.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and reliable access to the internet.

  • Visit retail outlets to observe store presentation, service quality, and cleanliness.
  • Pose as a customer and make detailed observations about your experience.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete, depending on the assignment. The number of assignments offered depends on factors such as availability, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
