Your Role & Team

You will be partnering directly with senior leadership in optimising the go-to-market business. Your key objective will be identifying opportunities for maximising revenue and efficiency, then supporting the business in capitalising on them.


Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the go-to-market business units.
  • Champion data-driven decision making across the organisation while embedding performance metrics into how the business operates.
  • Drive returns on investment, scenario planning and decision-support.
  • Analyse market opportunities, sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue trends, customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Develop strategic responses to competitive market dynamics.
  • Optimise sales targets and incentives to balance staff motivation and results.
