
Operations Manager Position Available

This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services and supporting staff in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office resources, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING STUDENTS, STAFF, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, values, and the issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
- Commitment to the organization's values and objectives, with the ability to represent them positively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
