Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our team in the Wollongong region. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and managing a team of skilled tradespeople.

About the Role

- 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, or 8 hour shifts available
- Full-time, permanent position
- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Industrial experience - preferred
- Work-related references in supervisory roles
- Shutdown and project experience - ability to work well to deadlines
- Current driver's license
- White card or equivalent - essential
- Safety-first approach
- Ability to liaise with clients and motivate your team
- Problem-solving skills by thinking on your feet
- Ability to work as part of a team and possess a supportive outlook
- Compliance towards all safety requirements of the company and relevant WH&S legislation
- Can-do attitude
