  • Developing and implementing improvements for plant equipment is also an essential part of this role.

About Your Role:

  • You will report directly to the Supervisor – Plant Shift Maintenance within the Redside Department.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to the maintenance and repair of equipment at our alumina refinery.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will involve working safely and effectively as part of a team.
  • You will have opportunities for professional growth and development.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively and work safely in a team environment.
  • You must hold trade qualifications as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter.
  • Experience with the maintenance of pumps, turbines, mills, and fans would be advantageous.
  • You should be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Self-motivation and a focus on customer service and continuous improvement are essential qualities for this role.
