Operational Excellence & People Development

  • Build a high-performing coaching team through individual coaching, training, and workshops.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the coaching team, ensuring high standards of coaching and service delivery.
  • Partner with colleagues to provide high-quality communication and support to learners.
  • Oversee the operational activities of the coaching team, thinking commercially to enable efficient delivery.
  • Analyse coaching program data to understand and measure effectiveness.

Career Coaching & Training Expertise

  • Lead the design and development of best-in-class coaching programs to support learners' short- and long-term career outcomes.
  • Advocate for the impact of high-quality career development coaching internally and partner with colleagues to mature the coaching program.
  • Deliver high-impact individual and group coaching sessions with learners.
  • Network within industry and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunities.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Advanced knowledge and credentials in professional coaching and training.
  • A recognized coach supervision qualification.
  • Experience leading, developing, and managing diverse coaching teams.
  • Drive to seek out innovative coaching models.
  • Track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating successful coaching programs at scale.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate meaningfully at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, organization, and process skills.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Recognized ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is required.
  • Recognized ICF or EMCC coach supervision qualification is desirable.
