About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with recent acute medical and surgical experience to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our Clinical Education team to provide high-quality patient care and support the transition of nurses into critical care roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medical procedures within the critical care unit
- Accurately document patient observations and report findings
- Plan and implement holistic patient care
- Complete program requirements set by the education team
- Explore ongoing roles at our healthcare organization upon completion
About You
You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, committed to self-development and education. You will enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing quality, best practice, and environmental safety.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Recent acute nursing experience
- Team-oriented approach to care delivery
