Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Accor. As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your shift to create unforgettable Food and Beverage experiences for our guests, and supporting our Food and Beverage attendants to be their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team
  • Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets
  • Ensure hotel and brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests
  • Encourage the team to upsell and encourage guest interaction

Requirements:

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in leading a small team is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Espresso coffee making and bar tending experience will be highly regarded
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or willing to obtain
