The Role

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading our F&B team to deliver outstanding service and experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate staff schedules, including shift changes and absences, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyze guest feedback and develop plans to resolve issues and improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to support departmental standards
