Beverage Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Ovolo Group. As a Beverage Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Bar Operations: Take control of the bar operations, working closely with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
• Beverage Recommendations: Make expert recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs, enhancing their overall experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and well-organized bar, ensuring it is always fully stocked.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to accommodate special requests and dietary needs, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Sales and Revenue: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize food and beverage revenues, driving sales and growth.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong knowledge of alcohol, particularly cocktails. You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience working in a bar environment.
