Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering transactional processes within the Payroll Support Team, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient maintenance of employee Masterfiles in the payroll system.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Actioning CHRIS21 masterfile changes and maintenance, as well as all payroll accounting/reporting functions, in compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Providing a high level of service to customers, including answering queries, monitoring and actioning email inbox queries, resolving or escalating issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all Payroll documents archived, and facilitating the archiving and retrieval of documents as required.

Requirements

  • Australian or equivalent experience in Accounts or administration desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Competent in all Microsoft applications.
  • Strong customer service and administrative background.
  • Any experience with diverse business lines, complex payment arrangements and high volume, fast paced, large scale processing environments highly regarded.
