Early Childhood Educator Position

Our organization is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to develop and implement educational programs that promote the holistic growth of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver educational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with parents through open communication and collaboration for the well-being and development of each child.
  • Methodology Introduction: Introduce innovative teaching approaches, ensuring a fresh and engaging learning environment aligned with best practices.
  • Child Advocacy: Act as a voice for children in our care, prioritizing their interests and needs in every decision and activity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Valid WWCC/Blue Card.
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
  • Motivation and passion for the Early Childhood sector.
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
