Job Title: IT Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support services.

This role involves working closely with our Service Desk team to provide timely and effective ICT support to our customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge
  • Managing after-hours on-call rosters to ensure continuous support coverage
  • Undertaking regular travel to meet with stakeholders and participate in strategic planning sessions

To be successful in this role, you will require a qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience. Additionally, you must have working knowledge of application packaging in SCCM and/or MS Intune.
