Maritime Engineer Graduate Program

We're seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Graduate Development Program. As a maritime engineer graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and developing new vessels to improving existing ones.

In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, scientists, and designers to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your journey will begin with an induction program that will give you a solid foundation in our company's values and practices. You'll then move on to a rotational program that will expose you to different aspects of our business, from design and development to project management.

As a graduate, you'll have access to a range of training and development opportunities that will help you build your skills and knowledge. You'll also have the chance to work on real-world projects that will give you hands-on experience and help you develop your problem-solving skills.
