Empowering Individuals and Communities as a Trainer and Assessor

- Inspire and deliver assigned training programs using comprehensive learning materials.
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful program completion.
- Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments.
- Plan, review, and improve training and assessment strategies.
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in case management and/or community service industry.
- A keen interest in teaching others about the industry.
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is highly desirable.
- Confidence and motivation to deliver face-to-face education.
- Sensitivity and adaptability to teach diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Commitment, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant vocational qualification at degree or diploma level.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial or professional experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.
- Literacy and numeracy skills appropriate for teaching.
