We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team full-time, delivering amazing training across industries like Business and Community Services.
In this role, you'll connect with learners in lots of engaging ways—face-to-face workplace visits, phone coaching, hands-on practical sessions, interactive virtual classrooms, and online through our specially-designed LMS. Being flexible and open to occasional travel is important, as you'll be supporting learners in various environments, as you'll be supporting learners in various environments
What you'll be doing
Developing and delivering interactive, engaging, and effective training programs across various delivery methods – face-to-face, phone coaching, on-site, and virtual classroom
Traveling to different locations to provide on-site training and assessments as needed
Assessing learners' competencies and providing constructive feedback to guide their success
Supporting our learners through various methods weekly, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed
Collaborating with our talented education team to continuously enhance our training and assessment practices
Keeping everything in order with accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Supporting and mentoring learners throughout their educational journey, helping them achieve their goals
What we're looking for
Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or Higher) and industry experience in Business and Community Services
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging training programs across different formats
Willingness to travel for on-site training and assessment visits
Strong assessment skills with the ability to provide insightful, actionable feedback to learners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural at building rapport
A genuine passion for education and helping learners succeed
