Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training in various courses, including CPR, First Aid, and Pool Lifeguard. This is a casual role with flexible working hours.

The successful candidate will work as required, delivering training and assessments to clients and the general public. They will be responsible for presenting training sessions using Belgravia Academy resources and demonstrating excellent work attitude and independence.

Main Responsibilities :

Present high-quality training to participants

Work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Manage time effectively

Develop and maintain a trainer/assessor matrix to support training requirements

Meet RTO compliance requirements by seeking regular professional development opportunities and industry experience

Requirements :

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

Qualified trainer with experience in delivering required courses

Able to communicate course material clearly and concisely

Familiarity with First Aid and Pool Lifeguard training packages is an advantage

Must be flexible with availability

Hold a valid driver's license
