Global Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our clinical trials and data generation activities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, from pre-trial assessments to database locks and close-out activities. This includes liaising with internal and external customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance site efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical trial monitoring, preferably in early-phase haematology and oncology studies.
- Demonstrated success as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
