Job Title: Holistic Care Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Holistic Care Professional. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the lives of our residents by promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to residents' interests and preferences
  • Foster a sense of belonging among residents through social connections and relationships
  • Provide supportive companionship and assist with daily living tasks to promote independence
  • Gather feedback from residents and their families to inform activity planning and improve services
  • Collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver high-quality care that meets residents' needs
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols
  • Contribute to meal preparation and service to promote a sense of community

Requirements:

  • Passion for enriching lives and promoting well-being
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Previous experience in caring for elderly individuals in an aged care or community setting
  • Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support (or willingness to complete)
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Australian driver's licence
