Halcyon Knights is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stakeholders are ready to adopt changes and have the necessary information and support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and learning needs assessments.
- Develop and implement effective readiness and training plans.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and end-user buy-in.
- Co-design change approaches with end-users, leveraging Agile methodology.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation.
- Utilize MS applications, Jira, and Confluence proficiently.
- 5+ years of experience in change impact analysis and readiness assessments for large technology programs.
- Proven success in enhancing change readiness and adoption.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and end-user collaboration.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience in Agile change practices.
- University experience.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation.
- Preference for experience in not-for-profit, government, or university settings.
- Resilience and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Enjoy working as part of a large team.
- Candidates must demonstrate a long-term commitment to roles (at least one year).
