Job Title: Assistant Manager, Communications and Engagement

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative around our activities, contributing to the successful delivery of our programs. This dynamic individual will have excellent writing skills to produce effective content and bring a collaborative approach when engaging with stakeholders on behalf of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing communications strategies that support our objectives
  • Managing communications policies and programs in a government or complex corporate environment
  • Effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions to achieve outcomes in line with our goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications programs and strategies end-to-end
  • Demonstrated experience of communications program delivery and personal resilience to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and strategic directions to achieve outcomes in line with our goals and objectives
