About This Role:

  • Foster exceptional customer relationships through personalized support and proactive communication.
  • Efficiently manage customer appointments, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Pursue innovative lead generation strategies and execute localized marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights and solutions to enhance clinic performance.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in face-to-face customer service or retail environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Sales experience with targets and KPIs is highly desirable.
  • Previous administration experience is an asset.
