We are seeking a motivated professional to lead our support services team in a rehabilitation care setting. As Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Support Services Officers and security staff. Your ability to coordinate and schedule daily work routines will be crucial in maintaining service excellence, ensuring that support staff and cleaners can carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.

You will lead by example—encouraging initiative, flexibility, and open communication. You will foster a positive culture of cooperation and shared responsibility, helping your team respond quickly and confidently to the dynamic needs of patients and healthcare professionals.

About You

We are looking for a capable and motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting high-quality healthcare services. Key requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Health Support Services or Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability
  • Relevant team leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of infection control, cleaning, security, transport, and waste management practices in a healthcare setting
