A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead the development of innovative commercial and technical solutions during the pre-contract phase of high-profile Public Private Partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth opportunities, managing key client relationships, and coordinating a team of experts from various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing effective bid strategies and structures

  • Leading business development efforts through market engagement processes, industry briefings, and unsolicited proposals

  • Coordinating teams across construction, legal, and finance

  • Managing client relationships and steering committees

  • Staying current with trends and market dynamics across the infrastructure sector

  • Contributing to a collaborative team culture

About You:

  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business, or Finance

  • 10-15 years' experience in a senior role with exposure to PPP/Project Finance projects

  • Strategic mindset with proven track record of successful execution

  • Previous bid leadership experience and management of privately financed projects such as PPPs

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills

  • Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team

  • Demonstrated commitment to business excellence and continuous improvement
