Job Title: Senior Project Lead

 

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on time, and within budget.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is skilled at balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Define scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Allocate resources and assign responsibilities to team members
  • Lead project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (if following Agile practices)
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Resolve issues or escalate them as necessary to maintain project momentum
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMBOK)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering); certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus
