Community Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join our team at RSL LifeCare's ANZAC Village in Narrabeen. As a key member of our Home Care/Community team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
