The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand and services, and engaging with customers to provide a positive experience.

A few of the key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing positive relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check
