Learning Diversity Leader

The Director of Learning Diversity is a senior leadership position within the College, responsible for driving the implementation of its vision grounded in its Catholic identity and Carmelite tradition.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality learning programs and support for all students, including those with disabilities, specific learning needs, and those who are highly able or gifted.
- To maintain an outward-looking perspective with a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy, including the integration of learning technologies.
This is a full-time, ongoing position that requires a strategic thinker who can inspire and lead colleagues to achieve excellence.

About this role
As a key member of the College leadership team, the Director of Learning Diversity will work closely with the Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching to drive educational innovation and excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge base, and the ability to motivate and engage staff and students alike.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading educational teams and implementing innovative learning programs.
- Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy and the integration of learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students.
