About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for general facilities supervision and administrative support, cleaning and maintenance management, client relationship management and customer service, establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, and ensuring compliance with HSEQ systems, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide general facilities supervision and administrative support
- Manage cleaning and maintenance operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained at all times
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ systems, procedures, and legislative requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in facilities management or supervisory roles, preferably in education environments
- Staff recruitment, training, and management experience
- General maintenance experience with a trade background (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid and current driving license
