About the Role:The role of the Facilities Operations Manager is to provide guidance and leadership to a team responsible for maintaining facilities in an efficient manner.
This position involves working under general supervision, utilizing resources effectively to maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of facilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be physically fit and able, and possess a positive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining facilities and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition
- Leading a team to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless facility operations
- Experience in a commercial cleaning or facilities management role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform duties
- Able to obtain relevant certifications or licenses as required
