Facilities Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of facilities management services to a national telecommunications client with multisite operations.
- Undertake regular audits of the field workforce, including contractors against client policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with designated client representatives via formal meetings.
- Act as the building owner's representative for all facilities within the designated area.
- Provide technical expertise, knowledge, and site information as required.
- Attend meetings with clients to coordinate activities and strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivery of FM services to the client.
- Risk identification and management.
- Incident and issue resolution.
- Development of working relationships with clients.
Applicants must possess a tertiary education in facility management or a related field, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience managing multidisciplinary workforces, and a sound understanding of operations and maintenance environments.
Previous experience in facilities management is desirable. The role may require occasional travel.
