About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Strata Manager to join our team at Sharonbennie. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 20-30 buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing exceptional service to property owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and strata levies, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Organize and conduct meetings, including annual general meetings and committee meetings, to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from owners and residents, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Ensure compliance with strata laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage insurance policies and claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of strata laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners, residents, and contractors.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting, with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
