About the Role
Linfox's Intermodal business unit is seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of financial data into internal systems and Excel.
- Assisting with monitoring of driver run sheets on a daily basis.
- Overseeing filing and archiving of all documents.
- Managing and ordering all office supplies.
- Providing operational staff with administrative support where needed.
- Providing excellent customer service to key clients.
- Warehouse duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or support function within the transport industry.
- Sound communication skills to manage the expectations of various stakeholders within the organisation.
- Experience using SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude and drive to assist the operations team in all aspects of Admin.
