Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Operations Manager to spearhead international projects within our brand studio team. This role is pivotal in guiding the creative process from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring collaboration across various teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand initiatives, managing the creative workflow from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to define project scopes and develop production strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
  • Facilitate project meetings, setting agendas and documenting action items.
  • Manage creative feedback and revisions to align with project goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to support future growth.
  • Proactively address potential challenges in project execution.
  • Uphold high creative standards that align with brand identity.
  • Work with legal and business affairs on significant projects to secure necessary approvals.
  • Act as a brand advocate, celebrating team achievements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years in project management or production within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • In-depth knowledge of current production industry trends.
  • Strong network of creative and production professionals.
  • Ability to foster relationships with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive creative output.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Empathetic approach towards customers, colleagues, and company values.
