Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our strategic expansion beyond core security solutions.

About The Role

This position is responsible for enhancing our ability to grow, position, sell and maintain business across ANZ. You will work with and across regional sales, sales engineering, marketing, product development and services organizations to execute business playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an inspiring thought leader within the business and in the customer and partner community, driving business growth with a focus on advanced security solutions.
  • Collaborate strategically with country leaders and regional sales directors to ensure alignment and focused engagement across the portfolio.
  • Provide influence and direction to specialist teams throughout ANZ, orchestrating resources to maximise market impact.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business challenges and architect value-driven solutions that integrate into their strategic roadmaps.
  • Work within a heavily matrixed environment providing direction to individual product line leaders within ANZ.
  • Forge strong partnerships with core sellers, equipping them to position advanced technologies and collaborating to close significant opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling training to internal teams on effectively positioning products.
  • Channel customer feedback to Product Management teams to influence feature development and roadmap priorities.

Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams.
