Concession Manager Job Opportunity

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the financial targets and key performance indicators of the concession stores. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture by creating a meaningful in-store experience.
  • To drive sales, profit, and productivity, ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business.
  • Ensure the team understands all business objectives with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.
  • Embody our key cultural values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated to Quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
