About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various physical and psychological conditions. This role involves supporting clients to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes, as well as working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on achieving their health and wellbeing goals
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and allied health professionals to develop individualized plans
  • Work with clients to identify and overcome barriers to returning to work
  • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions to promote workplace safety and wellness
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field and registration with relevant professional body
  • Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
