About the Role
  • We are looking for full-time motivated site labourers to join our team at our Newbridge site in Victoria, Australia.
  • The successful applicants will provide support to the Site Manager, Organics Supervisor, and staff in maintaining the site and production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual decontamination of green waste delivered to site.
  • Maintenance of green waste unloading area.
  • Ensure site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness, actively removing contamination, paper, plastic and weeds.
  • Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Organics supervisor.

  • You should be able to work in a collaborative environment to achieve results.
  • Able to focus on details and produce accurate work.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Professionalism, resourcefulness and proactivity when dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate initiative.
  • Able to handle workplace pressure without compromising performance or morale.
