Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a site labourer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the site and production performance at our Newbridge, Victoria facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide manual decontamination services for green waste delivered to the site.
  • Maintain the green waste unloading area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure the site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness by actively removing contamination, paper, plastic, and weeds.
  • Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Organics supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Site Manager, Organics Supervisor, and staff to achieve results.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Organisational skills, multitasking, prioritisation, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Professionalism, resourcefulness, and proactivity in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle workplace pressure without compromising stable performance and workplace morale.
