Green Space Maintainer
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to maintain the beautiful landscaping and gardens throughout our community.
- Maintain a variety of green spaces, including pruning, weeding, digging, edging, hedging (including at heights), spraying, planting, mulching, green waste removal and some mowing.
- Ensure the gardens, grounds and green spaces are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Undertake residents' garden requests.
- Work with the team to contribute to the overall maintenance and improvement of the property.
Requirements
- Solid working experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens highly regarded.
- Ability to operate a range of gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high standards.
- Ability to communicate with and relate to an older population.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
